Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl, (I prefer to use my Bosch Universal Plus Mixer) mix together melted Butter, Eggs, Sugar and Vanilla.
Add in Flour, Baking Powder and Salt and mix
Stir in the Coconut.
Spread the batter into a greased 9×13 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 23-25 minutes.
Cool completely before cutting and store the leftovers covered.
