Small Chicken Breasts
about 1 pound

Honey

Red Wine Vinegar

Olive Oil

Instructions
Air Fryer: CrispLid Directions
In a bowl combine olive oil, vinegar and honey and stir to combine
Add salt and pepper
Slice chicken breasts in half (horizontally to make 4 thin chicken breasts)
Place chicken in marinade and allow to sit for 30minutes to 2 hours
Place chicken breasts in air fryer at 350 degrees for 8 minutes per side (flip and repeat)
Remove chicken breasts and allow to rest
Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees
Slice and serve over rice, on salad.
Instant Pot / Pressure Cooker Directions:
In a bowl combine olive oil, vinegar and honey and stir to combine
Add salt and pepper
Slice chicken breasts in half (horizontally to make 4 thin chicken breasts)
Place chicken in marinade and allow to sit for 30minutes to 2 hours
Place 1 cup of water in bottom of Instant Pot / Pressure Cooker
Place chicken on trivet in Pressure Cooker
Set to Manual / Pressure Cook for 9 Minutes with a 6 minute Natural Release
Remove chicken and allow to rest
Slice chicken and serve over Rice, or on a salad
