Instructions
Wash and chop lettuce and add Spinach and Place in a bowl
Add thinly sliced Red Onion on top
Scatter sliced fresh mushrooms over lettuce and onions
Add Crumbled bacon and cheese on top
Top with Mandarin Oranges and Sliced Almonds
Serve with Poppy Seed Dressing
