This honey glazed ham recipe is one that you’ll want to use all year long, over and over again. Honey Ham brings a salty and sweet flavor that everyone loves. This spice-flavored ham you expect around the holidays, won’t take hours to make. And will soon be your families favorite too!
In a bowl, combine the honey, brown sugar and ⅓ Cup orange juice with cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg. Stirring to combine.
Pour the remaining 1 cup of orange juice in the bottom of the pressure cooker.
Place your spiral cut ham on a trivet in the pressure cooker.
Pour 1 teaspoon of juice between each slice of ham, reserving the remaining glaze.
Close the lid and set the pressure cooker to manual pressure cook for 10 minutes.
Place the remaining glaze in a small saucepan and bring it to a boil. Allow it to boil for 30 seconds and then remove it from the heat.The glaze will thicken as it cools.
Allow a 5 minute natural release and then do a quick release for the remaining pressure.
Remove the ham from the Instant Pot and place it on a serving dish
Using a pastry brush, brush the glaze onto the cooked ham and then serve.

Want a Ham a little less sweet but also delicious? Try this:½ Cup Honey½ Cup Dijon Mustard3 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce2 teaspoon GarlicMix ingredients together. Pull half of glaze aside. Add a teaspoon or two in between each slice of ham before cooking. Use remaining glaze to brush on after cooking.For Instant Pot: Add 1 cup of water or broth to bottom and place ham on trivet.
