BLT Pasta Salad is a perfect creamy pasta salad for your next BBQ or summer Pot Luck Gathering with the traditional flavors of a BLT Classic you will love this fun twist on a summer salad.
Place noodles and Chicken Broth or water in Instant Pot
Set to Manual (Pressure Cook) High for 3 minutes and allow a 3 minute natural release
Drain pasta and rinse under cold water
Place in refrigerator to cool for at least 30 minutes.
Wash Lettuce and Cherry Tomatoes
Slice Cherry Tomatoes in half
Tear or slice romaine lettuce
Crumble 6 slices of cooked bacon
Add bacon, lettuce and tomato to a large bowl
add cooled pasta
Stir in Ranch Dressing over pasta and salad and stir
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve cold
Stove Top Directions:

Substitutions:Use ½ - ¾ Cup Mayo with 2 Tbs Powdered Ranch Seasonings mixed together and added in place of prepared Ranch Dressing.ORUse ½ Cup Mayo and ¼ Cup Ranch Dressing for a lighter Ranch Flavor in place of the prepared Ranch Dressing above.
