Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup White Rice
  • 3 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 Cup Salsa *Mild works best
  • 1 Yellow Onion chopped and diced
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin

Instructions

  • In a hot skillet - Add: Chopped onions and oil. Cook until onions are transparent.
  • Add salsa, rice, cumin and chicken broth to skillet. Mix everything together.
  • Cover and cook on low for about 30 minutes. Enjoy!
