Cheesy Pull Apart Bread is one of my favorite appetizers. With a great presentation, it literally oozes cheesy goodness to wow your dinner guests! Made with garlic, Italian herbs, and three types of cheese, this dish is delicious and comforting!
Preheat oven to 350 F Degrees. Cut 2 large sheets of aluminum foil. Stack on top of each other and seam together by folding the long edge over a couple of times creating a seam and 1 large sheet of foil. Set aside.
Slice loaf ¾ the way through lengthwise and also crosswise in 1-inch thick slices, making 1-inch cubes. Do not cut all the way through. The bottom of the loaf should remain intact so that it all stays together.
Place the sliced loaf on top of the large sheet of foil.
Combine the grated cheeses in a bowl and toss together. Stuff the cheese into the slices of the cut loaf evenly, making sure to get the cheese down into the crevices of each slice.
In a separate bowl, melt butter and add dijon mustard, salt, pepper, crushed garlic, and Italian seasonings. Mix to combine.
Spoon the seasoned butter mixture over the bread, allowing the bread to absorb the mixture.
Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and bake at 350 F Degrees for 20 mins.
Unwrap the loaf and continue to bake for additional 5 minutes until golden brown on top, or until all the cheese is melted.
Serve warm with dips if you wish.
