Instructions
In a large skillet over medium/high heat brown ground beef until no longer pink. Remove excess fat if necessary. Add 2 Tablespoons taco seasoning with ½ Cup water and simmer until heated through.
Spread hot or cold refried beans on the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish and evenly spread cooked ground beef over refried beans.
In a separate bowl combine softened cream cheese with sour cream and taco and remaining 2 tablespoons seasoning envelope. Mix to combine and spread over meat mixture
Top with diced tomatoes, green onions, shredded cheese, avocado and any other toppings you enjoy
Serve hot or cold with tortilla chips

Use 1 packet Taco Seasoning in Meat Mixture and 1 Packet Taco Seasoning in Cream Cheese, Sour cream Mixture.
