Using a stand mixer cream butter and peanut butter together. Add white granulated sugar and continue to mix and cream together.
Add egg, Vanilla Extract and brown sugar and continue to cream together until light and fluffy.
Gradually add dry ingredients a little at a time and mix until fully mixed together.
Using a medium size #24 cookie scoop, scoop cookie dough into balls. Place cookie dough on baking sheets lined with parchment paper 2 inches apart so they do not touch while baking.
Bake at 375F Degrees for 7-9 minutes, edges of cookies will turn golden and cookies are ready to remove from oven.
Allow cookies to cool completely before decorating.
Decorating
Spread 1-2 tablespoons chocolate frosting over cookie and then place 2 pretzels on top for antlers. The frosting will hold pretzels in place.
Add a mini ‘Nilla Wafer on the bottom and using a little extra frosting place a tiny bit on M&M and stick to Nilla Wafer as the nose.
Candy Eyes can be placed directly on frosting and will stick.

Store cooled cookies in a large container with a lid. Placing a piece of parchment paper between the layers will help prevent cookies from sticking together.Cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months.
