Ingredients

Strawberry Jam

Strawberries

Milk

teaspoon
Cinnamon

teaspoon
Vanilla
Instructions
In a medium bowl crack eggs and add milk
With a good whisk, whisk the egg mixture until combined.
Add Vanilla and then sprinkle Cinnamon on top and whisk it together.
In a small bowl combine Softened Cream Cheese and Strawberry Jam.
Spread 2-3 Tbs of mixture onto 1 slice of bread. Top with small diced strawberries pieces if you wish and place 1 slice of bread on top.
Repeat until you have made all the stuffed French Toast pieces and are ready to cook them
Heat a skillet over Medium/High and spray with cooking spray
Gently place Stuffed French Toast into Egg mixture allowing to sit for 2-3 seconds to absorb some egg mixture, flip over to other side and repeat.
Carefully lift out using a fork or spatula and place on hot skilletCook until bread is toasty golden brown and flip to cook other side.
Serve with Additional Sliced Strawberries and Syrup if desired
