Leprechaun Bark is a white chocolate bark turned into a delicious candy treat. Well, technically it’s green- it’s for St. Patricks Day, so of course, it HAS to be festive!

White Chocolate Almond Bark
8
ounces
Green Candy Wafers

pkg
Mint Stripe Cookies

Mint M&Ms
Gold Candy Sprinkles

Instructions
Place 2 cups water in Instant Pot.
Set to Saute and wait until it reads "Hot."
Add Colored Wafers to bowl, as the bowl gets warm, candy wafers will melt. Stir until smooth.
Line 9x13 pan with parchment paper. Pour melted almond bark on parchment paper and spread evenly to cover bottom.
Crumble 8-10 cookies and sprinkle over Green melted candy.
Allow to fully cool (Hint - Place in refrigerator)
Clean bowl and dry (Very important to use a clean dry bowl)
Chop Almond Bark into small pieces or shavings
Place glass bowl on top of Instant Pot or Electric Pressure Cooker
Add Chopped Almond Bark into bowl
Steam will heat glass bowl and melt almond bark. Stir until smooth
Pour melted Almond Bark on top of colored wafers and spread evenly over top of colored melted wafers
Sprinkle with Mint M&M's
Sprinkle with Gold Candy Sprinkles (optional)
Crumble remaining cookies and sprinkle on top
Place in refrigerator and allow to cool completely
Gently break bark into pieces
Store in an airtight container
