Instant Pot Broccoli is an easy and tasty way to enjoy those little green trees on your plate. Broccoli is packed with nutrients and fresh flavor, so it’s a great way to add some good stuff to your dinner, and it only takes 10 minutes from start to finish!
Wash and Cut Broccoli into small, bite-size florets.
Place the broccoli in the Instant Pot / Pressure Cooker Steamer Basket at the bottom of the pot.
Set Instant Pot / Pressure Cooking to "Pressure Cook" for 0 Minutes.
Quick Release the Pressure.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Optional - Drizzle Lemon juice on top for added flavor.

Storage
Storage: Cooked broccoli can stay in the refrigerator for 3-5 days if you wrap it in foil or store it in an airtight container. Microwave to reheat.
Freezing: You can freeze broccoli once it’s been cooked, but it doesn’t always taste great after thawing and reheating. If you need to cook it before freezing it, you should blanch it, then dry and freeze it. To do this, cook the broccoli, then immediately put it in ice water to stop it from cooking. Then, flash-freeze the florets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Store your frozen broccoli in a Ziploc bag or freezer bag for up to 3 months.
