Eggs
½
cup
Cottage Cheese
¼
cup
Heavy Cream or Half and Half
Grated Swiss or Mozzarella Cheese
½
cup
Mini Ham Cubes
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
Place eggs, cottage cheese and Cream into a blender and combine on medium speed until smooth.
It only takes 15-30 seconds
Use Cooking Spray on Silicone Mold.
In each egg bite mold place 1 teaspoon of mini ham cubes and grated cheese
Carefully pour egg mixture into each silicone mold evenly
Cover with foil
Add 1 cup of water to the liner of the Instant Pot / Pressure Cooker
Place Trivet inside of Pressure Cooker
Place Silicone mold carefully on trivet Cook on Manual / Pressure Cook for 10 minutes with a 5 minute Natural Release (NR)
Remove silicone mold from Instant Pot ~ it will be hot Carefully remove egg bites from mold by flipping on a plate
