Frozen Chicken Tenders or 2 Chicken Breasts sliced into 3 pieces

Penne Pasta

Chicken Broth

Cup
Spaghetti Sauce
½
Cup
Diced Onions

Cloves
Garlic
Minced

teaspoon
Fresh Basil

tablespoon
Butter or Olive Oil
½
Cup
Parmesan Cheese
Freshly Grated
¼
Cup
Mozzarella Cheese
Grated
¼
teaspoon
Pepper
Instructions
Heat Pressure Cooker on Saute until it reads hot.
Add Butter or Olive Oil
Add diced Onions and saute for 3-4 minutes
Deglaze Pot by adding Chicken Broth and scraping up any stuck bits off the bottom.
Add Minced Garlic, Basil and Pepper
Add Pasta and do not stir
Add Spaghetti Sauce on top
Place frozen or thawed Chicken Tender on top
Set to Manual Pressure Cook for 6 Minutes with a 4 minute Natural Release
Remove Chicken Tenders
Add Grated Parmesan Cheese and Mozzarella Cheese and stir.
Add up to ½ cup more Spaghetti Sauce if desired
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley
