Ground Hamburger Recipes

“Beef. It’s what’s for dinner!” And you are going to love dinner once any of these recipes are ready!

The Recipe


1 lb Hamburger – I prefer 90/10
1 chopped onion
1-2 garlic cloves pressed
Salt and Pepper to Taste


Step 1: Chop onion and place in frying pan
Step 2: Add Hamburger with Onion and cook over med-high heat until all the meat is cooked and onions are transparent. Drain off fat and discard.
Step 3: Mix can be used in a variety of recipes or cooled and frozen for a later time.
