Shredded Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

6-8 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
3-4 garlic cloves pressed
1 can chicken broth

Directions:

Step 1: Place chicken breasts in crock-pot
Step 2: Place pressed garlic on top of chicken
Step 3: Pour chicken broth around breasts
Step 4: Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-6 hours.
Step 5: Chicken will fall apart with a fork. Remove from liquid and shred
Step 6: Place 3-4 cups shredded chicken in zip-lock bag and freeze for later use in recipes.
